I'm trying to determine as much information as possible with respect to the following item.
make/model/year/value/influences in terms of design/where to repairing

Now that's a beauty!! It would look killer with the neons redone.
Not sure how much help we can be as we don't have much information in the way of these early Bulova clocks/timers.
Hopefully someone viewing this page can share their knowledge on such things. I'll reach out to the Bulova historian to see if he has any information.

8 years 4 monthsVery cool. The tag line "Bulova Watch Time" was used from the 1930's through the 1960's I believe, so it may be a tough ID. Based on the overall "look" of it, My guess would be mid to late 1930's to perhaps mid 1940's.
Perhaps you can take a different approach to figuring it out. If you know where it came from ie. where it was first installed, you may be able to start research there. When was the building built, online period photos of gym/arena interior, etc. It's a place to start, even knowing what state or city it originated in may lead you to it's age.
If there is a maker tag on it, that's also a place to start.
Just my thoughts, good luck!

7 months 3 weeksThe hockey arena was built in the early 1950's and is located in Northern Ontario. The clock has been hanging I presume since the arena was built. I'm going to be taking it down in the coming months and will hopefully be able to get a marker tag or some sort of identification. I will post additional pictures in due course but for now here's another angle. Thank you for your feedback.

I did an internet search of "Bulova Arena" and most images I got were basketball (center court hangers) and hockey. Try researching the arena (old photos etc)

7 months 3 weeksFound on a local website: By 1949, the Town of Falconbridge was about to have its first indoor rink. The indoor rink was designed to serve as a memorial to the men who fought in World War II. Funds were raised for its creation through donations from local businesses, the town's people, Falconbridge Nickel Mines Limited, and a lottery (which was illegal in those days). The rink was built by volunteer labourers and upon its completion, boasted a large ice surface, dressing rooms, offices, a lounge, a snack bar, and an electronic clock and scorekeeper.
So the Timer would be pre1949. I will keep digging. Thanks for the advice thus far.
