Well I received three of these today. One Fall 1956, and a couple from 1957. I literally have not opened past the inside cover, but I'm hoping there will be useful model ID info in these. This edition is 42 pages (below), counting the back cover. I'm gonna open past the first page after this post. Wish us luck!

I'll post the interesting stuff when I get to scanning. Right now I'm reading. They are OK. Fun if not too informative. I'm sending PDF's of entire collection to Stephen and Lisa when I get them scanned....so no worries about getting the info, regardless of it's merit.
Lots of "stories" about "Bulova Watch Ambassadors". Frank Sinatra, Jakie Gelaso, Bob Hope.... and from some of these types of stories, we may find some connection to model names based on this marketing. Don't know if it's anything that would be here on site, as the majority of the ads are for Bulova Razors and Radios, as the folks who received "the digest" most likely also got the Bulova catalogs and other documents which described watches at the model level. Interesting, at least. The writing in some of the technical articles are in the style of De Carlo, but almost every contributor was a Bulova employee in some upper-level company position- many with marketing.
There's some pretty solid technical info in these. Oh crap, I think we just created a market...
