I looked in the linebooks and didn't find this particular model.

I recognize that this is undoubtedly an Accutron watch with a 1963 case date. The dial is not correct for any Rail Road watche Accutron made so it must be a redial. I don't think there can be any ID past 1963 Bulova Accutron.

I am surprised to see a Railroad Approved on a black dial.   I am no expert on these but believe the specification to be railroad approved required a white dial with black Arabic numbers for ease of reading.   1963 Bulova Accutron unknown variant
