Movement is a 15J BII marked "Bulova W. Co". Case is marked American Standard Warranted 25 years.
The stem is on the side rather than the top. There aren't many on file from this time period that have that and none the look like this.
There's also an odd mark on the movement at about 7 o'clock in the picture. Not sure what that is but it doesn't appear to be a date mark.
I'm guessing Rubaiyat. I'm going with 1922 since that's the date range for the movement.

Bear in mind that this is still not 100%, but typically we would see Rubaiyat on either the dial or movement. Where Rubaiyat is not present I tend to lean towards a Lady Maxim.
Rubaiyat came before Lady Maxim, so a year of 1922 puts it later in the LM period.
Again, this is just my observation and opinion.
