Agreed. It appears the movement was repurposed in a replacement case that was supplied as aftermarket by Duro with a matching face marked "Bulova". Replacement case suppliers ran into problems with Bulova over marking their dials as such, and the solution was to put the word "movement" under Bulova on later case/face sets to avoid copyright infringements. It's an attractive watch but can't be ID'ed as a Bulova model due to the non-Bulova case (and likely face). The s/n on movement and "Bulova W. Co." suggests the movement is indeed 1922 or 23.
