inside case reads "Par June 10 1924" Bulova 14k Gold Filled New York and a minute number 04343 it is not stamped in very hard and is difficult to read and photograph - I did my best

I think its a Debutante , but the hands seem wrong????

13 years 7 monthsI'm guessing the case signature has the patent date listed at the "top" of the signature, as in the case signature from this 1928 Collettte? That's how I think I see it in the case back photo.
