This is a Bulova Ladies Art Deco watch with 2 real Diamonds and 4 Triangle shaped synthetic Sapphires. The case is stamped: BULOVA, 14K Gold Filled, New York
Dear TexasLady, your watch is the Judith. We only have a newspaper ad as posted by PLainsman on this site (see partial ads 20's page 1). The watch is from 1929, not 1939 as you indicate. If you allow me to give you some hints as to roughly guess the age: white gold with engraving and sometimes diamonds and sapphires/emeralds and a bigger size like this Judith are from the 20's, the slim baguettes are from the early to mid 30's. Late 30's watches started changing to mostly yellow gold and got small round forms. Enjoy your watch! PD quite a collection you have, very nice!

Date change to 1929.
Any chance of additional photos, and also a full photo showing the whole watch? It is difficult to see the shape.
Here is the referenced advert showing the Bulova Judith.

Like the ad says "A rare beauty!" All of your recent submissions have been pretty impressive!

I concur with a 1929 Bulova Judith. I always found it funny that the used real diamonds but synthetic sapphires/rubies/emeralds.
