This is a 1929 Bulova Ladies watch in 14K White Gold with two (2) Diamonds and four (4) Emeralds.
Hmm, I wondering if its not the Rita and the advert depiction go it wrong.
It has all the right elements, just the rotation of the emeralds is all that is different.
However with that said, there are a number of adverts showing the Rita, so I suspect as Alex indicates this one is 'unknown' at this time.
The more I look at this watch the more I am certain it is a Bulova Rita that had the stones mounted by the watch maker incorrectly or for artistic license. The stones are clearly the same stones for a Rita just rotated 45 degree's. You can clearly see where the stone should have set in the bezel. I doubt there would have been a model name for this watch. I am thinking we call this a 1929 Rita noting rotated emeralds.
