The Watch is shown several times in database ads over the coarse of the early 1930's and is adverised in both Natural and White Gold.

Listed again here in 1938, but still only pictured as engraved case.
By 1940/41, the Miss America is a completly different model, w/ 17 jewels.
Triangle date symbol and first digit case SN of 5 suggest 1935 "Miss America" from me.
