Tuxedo case with a Chesterfield movement, swiss movement, BXW mark on balance bridge, 17AH movement, case is stamped Bulova 10k Rolled Gold plate sterling base New York
Recently purchased this pocketwatch on ebay in running condition, trying to see if the little bit of information I've been able to find is correct. I did notice it has three letters stamped in very small size (BXW) on the movement and then inside the movement i also noticed in even smaller font the numbers 82 not sure what those are for, didn't even realize they were there until i used a 10x jewelers loupe to look over the movement.

I did notice from the photos that I have found though it appears that they mixed the Chesterfield movement with a Tuxedo case in an attempt to "class" it up, it mixes the art deco style of the Chesterfield and the engraved bezel of the Tuxedo. In my opinion it makes for a nice, classy looking watch. Hopefully i can find some good excuse to wear it and show it off.
