Watch Description
The case is distinctive, and it has a red seconds hand, but I couldn't find it in an ad. It must be a nurse's watch.
The case is dated L8, and the movement is dated L7.
Thanks,
TQ

OK, I did a deeper dig, it appears the Air Nurse had a name change in late 1958, or early 1959 was renamed "Red Cross". As the "Red Cross" it was available in yellow or white. Listing below from the 1958/1959 Linebook.
The dial in this photo is a bit washed out, but numbers are present at 12, 3, 6, and 9.
By date, it appears to be a
1958 Red Cross"D"
and a first for the database!
