1963 Leading Lady "D" based on an ad from 1962 - Movement is stamped M2 while the case is stamped M3 -
Signed crown - Case is 10K white RGP - Bracelet is 1/20 10K white GF JB Champion, it appears to be original
I like the geometric Space Age design of this watch, it definitely indicates a date of the early 60s. I got it on eBay for $12.99, free shipping. There was another one on eBay at the same time so I don't think this is a particularly rare watch. Still, it seems to be a first for the database here.
To identify it, I searched the ads for 1963 because of the M3 date stamp but found nothing. However, when I noticed the movement was stamped M2, I decided to check the ads for 1962 and found a match to Leading Lady "D". This is another example of movement and case date stamps being different but appropriate for an all-original watch.
