This is a square watch. The crystal is tall and raises well above the bezel. The case and bezel have absolutely no ornamentation and drop straight down. There is no date movement. It has a small second hand separate and below the hour and minute hands. There are no numbers on the face just "tick" marks. The 12 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 9 o'clock are "squared up" and straight. The 1, 2, 4,5, 7, 8, 10, and 11 o'clock "tick marks" are angled.
This is a great looking and running watch and it keeps perfect time less than a minute off per 24hrs. I really like it because it looks like the watch my dad had when I was a kid. On the downside, I think this is going to be an "unknown". I've spent several hours looking at the vintage Bulova ad on this site and can't find a match. The Banker models "l", "N", and "O" case and bezels look like a match but the hour markings on the face don't match. The face of the Date King seems to match the face of this watch but, this watch doesn't have a date movement. It is also similar to a couple of versions of the Engineer but no exact match. IMHO I think this is version of a Banker for which this sight doesn't yet have an ad. But y'all are the experts!
