1967 2181 Accutron gold watch

I've had this watch since 1970. It's never been serviced as far as I know, just new batteries. Runs well and keeps good time. It has the luminous hands. The band has the Accutron tuning fork logo but says made in Hong Kong inside of the clasp. The band was added later because when I got it, it did not have an Accutron band and I asked a jeweler to find one and put it on.

Your photos are a little fuzzy but I think your watch in a 1967 Bulova Accutron Calendar V as noted below

I believe it is multi step process that includes plating the dial several times then applying the pattern if any.  There are several great videos online about dial refinishing that shows the steps in the process.
