This is pretty sweet Wrist Alarm. I'm not going to jack around taking the back off as I'm probably just going to put it up, and somone has already scratched the snot out of the back opening it up. Probably one of the nice ones I've seen.
The Spring 1964 model list (below) includes five "Wrist Alarm" models. Different prices for four of the five. Hoping we find or have ads which helps nail down a possible variant for subject watch...but for now....Wrist Alarm ID is best for subject watch- IMO. We can, however, determine some characteristics of the different variants based on the list.
The Fall 1961 list (below) strongly suggests model # 11220 (variant "B") is White Gold case.
The Spring 1955 list (dated January) strongly suggests case gold color Yellow for variants "A" and "G", and price for "G" may suggest solid Yellow gold. Only the "A" and "G" variants are listed in Spring 1955, suggesting chronological order of variant letter assignment is not alphabetical, but likely based on "shared" characteristics we see in and between various model series of this period.
The Fall 1955 list (dated August) also includes only the "A" and "G" variants, and shows the same info as Spring '55 above.
The Fall 1958 list (below) now includes "B" and "C" variants in the "newer models" section of the list, also suggesting the chronological order of variant letter assignment is not alphabetical. We also see that the "C" variant has a White gold case. NOTE: the model number of the "C" in 1958 (1115) was updated to a new model number system for exact same watch by 1964 (11238). The lists include a section which shows models with the older and newer model numbering system to cross reference these changes.
Based on these relationships, the subject watch is not variants "A or G". That leaves possible "B or C" (both white gold), and "D" (unknown gold color), or other variants not in the lists (unlikely IMO).

Not to bring down your hard work Will, but the lists you are using vary in age from 1955-1964, and may have no bearing on each other.
You note yourself the model numbers for the "C" variant changes, yet suggest it is the exact same watch, but in one list (1958) it suggests the case colour and does not in the other (1964).
We know the case shape changed between 1954 and 1964 from the ads, so only the later list would have any close bearing to this watch, and they do not give a case composition.

NOTE: the model number of the "C" in 1958 (1115) was updated to a new model number system for exact same watch by 1964 (11238). There's a section of one price list (Maybe 1958?) showing older model numbers, and the corrisponding newer model number systems for the same watch. That's how I know the model numbers changed for the same watch.
Time difference btwn ads and watch are a good point though.
