I have come back to this one several times; and my results are the same. Best I can do is generic

Oh, no. I mean it is an Accutron Date/Day that I can't identify as a specific variant letter code like for example "AK" by available reference material.

Does the variant AK-5 mean anything to you?

Chat GBT seems to think it that described as, "The dial of the 2182 AK-5 is typically silver in color, with gold-tone hour markers and hands that are shaped like small arrows. The day and date displays are located at the 3 o'clock position, and are presented in a simple, easy-to-read format."

Does anyone know what the double T at the bottom of the 6 o’clock position signify?

Tritium. The "glowing" paint. It's my understanding that one "T" is just the hands  and 2 "T"s is both hands and dial markers.
