Thank you for posting your watch.   Nice hunk of 14KT gold.   This layout was called a Date & Day model.  This would make your watch a 1973 Bulova Accutron Date & Day.  variant to be determined.

Thought I would update after polishing and adding the first new battery after 30 years. It clicked right off and Full length watch and band

Keeps great time!  My wife wants to wear her Dad's watch so I found a genuine reptile leather Bulova Band with tapered ends that fits her perfectly.

I believe a found a match in the 1973 Linebook (0182) for a 1973 Bulova Accutron Date and Day "CK" (silver butler dial version).

Slight dial variation.
