This is a 14K white gold ladies watch, marked BULOVA O14KO on the back of the case. The inside is swirls and service marks. It is marked A9 on the movement. I was unable to find an ad or model. I thought it might be from the Her Excellency line but it is a bit smaller than the ones I have and I was unable to find a match. It is a bit smaller and has the very small 5AC movement. Thank you.

When I look at a few other mid 40s ads for the Martha Washington, I am seeing a different bezel that is more flat, without the various angles of the subject watch or the high area of the lugs above and below and so close to the crystal.
I don't feel the watch is a match to the Martha Washington in these ads; maybe another version in this line, but still searching for a match.
...after looking through the ads I am unable to find a match. At this time I am at Unknown model.
I do see a discrepancy in ads, vs. subject watch but also see potential discrepancies from ad to ad.
I'm going to play devil's advocate. It may be the detail / resolution quality in the illustrations. If you look at the top and left side of this ad (MW"B") as compared to subject watch, it is possible it's a match.
Ad appears to show the raised lug at bezel as well as the concave side at crystal. It also appears to show the step from crystal to lug; as well as angled transition from lug to bottom edge of case. It seems to possibly be drawing and shadow perspective and loss of detail due to drawing size in ads, but maybe not.
I'm on the fence, but would be willing to bet if Kathy played around with camera angles and lighting she could take a photo that matched at least one of the ads.
We currently have 8 Martha Washingtons in the Db, but none of this case style matching any of these ads. I'm tentative it's a MW - no variant as "B" is white gold and no current ads naming yellow, but most likely it would be an "A" if it had a variant letter.
Wow.
Close, but as you say, scalloped sides are not being shown in the ads. My gut says it probably is a Martha Washington, but at present no ad match.
Illustrations can vary widely in these, so that is part of the issue.
I'm at unknown for now, but I would consider a tentative Martha Washington as well.
