1925 ladies Bulova with 16 jewel 6TAA movement. I think it's a Princine.

I just looked at the movement again Stephen and what you're seeing is a little scratch in the plating on the barrel bridge. It's just a straight line scratch, like a screw driver might have slipped, and not a date code. You've got good eyesight by seeing that though.

Thanks for checking and confirming. It seems that of the 6TAA examples we have, only one has a clear photo showing the asterisk (1924) date code.
The case serial number of the watch however suggests 1925, which would be perfectly fine with a 1924 movement.
We know that 1925 was the year names were typically used rather than model numbers.
I'd be in to ID as a 1925 Bulova Princine
