This is a Bulova Ladies watch in 18K White Gold with two (2) Diamonds and four (4) Sapphires.
Something ever so slightly non-Bulova about the design on the bezel. The usual engraving is absent and the very fine 'beaded' lines are unusual.
I agree with Alex, we are looking at a Bulova movt and dial in a non-Bulova case. The reason it works is that the movt size and shape was common for the period. The 5AP is based on an Aurore-Villeret calibre 9.

The first one is: 30103 and the second one looks like: 45201.
Date Codes: first one is Triangle (1926), the second one looks like an Arrow (1937?).WEIRD
I am going by the photos because I have not received the second watch yet.
Alex, I have a question for you: When Bulova had the "trade in your old watch" promotions, did the company refurbish the watches?
