Hi All,
I believe this is a variant of the "Engineer". This is as close as I could come. 1941 ad shows one nearly identical, but with Roman numerals. This has the two tone case and the other may not. Movent maeked "AAA" also. Crystal is acrylic. Case is Bulova10K Rose Gold Filled
Thanks,
Terry

My earliest catalogs that should have the "Engineer" listed in them don't. The closest crystals I've found are the BB MX2216 & the SUC RMS140-25 which are for the same case. The MX2216 is designatd for the "Clay" and the RMS140-25 doesn't specify a model.
Nominally, the MX2216 measures 22.1x16.6 and the RMS140-25 measures 22.2x16.5. But, whether they are correct for this case depends on the degree of curvature of the bezel and the only way to know for sure is to physically match the crystal to either the case or an old crystal.
Mark, I think your RMU80-20 is for a later Engineer that is tonneau shaped.

Further to this I now have both models in hand. An all rose gold fill model with the two tone dial, and the rose case/white lug combo with the copper dial, this has the same movement too as the subject watch, even the AAA marking. Both these date to 1940 and have 21j movements. I will try and photo these together in the next few days.
