Is it possible to date the case using the serial number?

It sure looks like Mary Lou, dating a watch with a serial number after 1946 starts to get tricky, some serial numbers will correspond with the movement and many won't. I would stick with the movement date on this one.

Sure looks like the Mary Lou, so hard to see detail of these tiny little watches in the tiny little adverts we have. This one looks like new, I'd say Mary Lou didn't get out much - very nice Ken.
