The watch is a marriage of an American Standard case and a Bulova movement, meaning that this combination is not original when it was sold in 1925. American Standard did supply the cases to Bulova but also to other brands. As from case serial number 145, Bulova was supplied with their proprietary case signature “Bulova Quality”, while American Standard continued to supply cases with their own signature to other brands. Since your case starts with 502, it was not supplied to Bulova.

1924 example but with what I believe is a gold filled case.
and some 1923 examples
And this one (date unknown) which is showing a watch matching your watch. 14K solid gold case with a 15 jewelled movement. Case and dial seem a match.
Watch marked 7371 (this isn't the Bulova model number)

Correct, the solid gold case makes the watch obviously more valuable. From a model ID point of view it seems we aren't able to match your watch to a model number or name, but from the advert above, your watch does at least match a known configuration of case shape, gold content, dial design and movement jewel count.
