Thanks for taking the time to look at my watch. Case back is marked 14k. Looks like whte gold adn on the edges it has worn a little and looks like yellow gold underneath. Assembled the dial just look like it says Bulova but once out it says Swiss at the bottem. Kreisler band. Don't know a lot about the history. I got it an an auction a few years ago. Inside the back case it has some etchings or engravings that I can't get to show up on camera. Looks like 49028T and 1785 followed by a square capital A or 6. one more that I cant really make out what it says. The movement also says BXW which can't really be seen in my picture.
Hello Savethepast, welcome to myBulova. This is a nice little watch. The marks you see in the case are from the watchmakers who have serviced or repaired it over the years. They can only be interpreted be the person that made them as each watchmaker has her/his own codes. As always we recommend a professional service if you plan to wear it.
Her name is Laura.
