Some thoughts on this one. The case seems to be made to look older than 1976. I'm thinking maybe this was some kind of bicentineal commerative watch. The movement was made by a Swiss company called Unitas, indicated by the T inside a U and enclosed by a shield. It appears to be a Unitas UT648 movement. It may not even be made by Bulova but licensed to be made by some other organization for the one year.
